The Village of Homer Glen has had a history of flooding in the Woodbine, Woodbine West, Pebble Creek, Saddle Brook Run and Stadtler Ridge Estates subdivisions. The Village's engineering consultant, HR Green worked with Applied Ecological Services to complete a drainage study of the region. The goals of the drainage study are to identify the frequency and location of flooding, to propose potential solutions to address the flooding and to include features that will improve water quality within the Long Run Creek watershed.
