Development impact fees are approved by Ordinance and are subject to periodic review and update with Village Board approval. The table below summarizes current residential development impact fees. Refer to the Village Code Section 138.4, Land Dedications, Contributions in Lieu and Impact Fees, for additional information.

Multiply the total acreage to be developed by 0.00234 acre (3 acres required for residential fire protection purposes for each 1,280 acres proposed to be developed residential) and multiply that product by the present fair market value of $80,000 per acre; provided, however, the required cash payment shall be not less than $500 per residential unit. |
