Today, Mayor George Yukich announced a second national retail tenant will be coming to the Homer Glen Bell Plaza. O’Reilly Auto Parts has signed a lease for 7,210 square feet in a single-tenant building fronting Bell Road just south of the Circle K Shell gas station.
Dollar Tree was the first retailer to sign a lease in the new development. Both tenants will be part of phase one development of Homer Glen Bell Plaza. The project will be developed in three phases and includes spaces for two restaurants with drive-thrus and outdoor seating, retail stores and service/office uses among over eight buildings.
