HG-2013-V, 13564 W 167th Street - Consideration of a request for (1) a Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback for the proposed attached garage addition from the required forty (40) feet to thirty-three (33) feet, (2) a Variance to reduce the corner side setback for a non-dedicated right of way from the required eighty (80) to forty-six (46) feet, (3) a Variance to increase the maximum allowable impervious surface from thirty (30) percent to thirty-five (35) percent, and (4) a Variance to increase the maximum allowable lot coverage from twenty (20) percent to thirty-four (34) percent, for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential district at 13564 W. 167th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois.

HG-2013-S - Marian Village PUD: Consideration of a request for (1) an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development, and (2) a Site Plan Approval. (see below)
Marian Village is proposing to expand the existing facility with a new 36-bed assisted living memory care building and renovation of an existing building with 5 new assisted living units.
HG-2014-ZC - Zoning Code Text Amendment: Consideration for a request for Zoning Code Text Amendment 2, Use and Bulk Tables for Nonresidential Districts to combine certain motor-vehicle-related uses.

McCarron Road, Homer Glen, Illinois.
HG-2106-S, 15905 S. Bell Road: Consideration of a request for (1) a Special Use Permit for outdoor seating associated with a permitted restaurant, (2) an exception o reduce the required setback for a patio in a nonresidential zoning district from twenty0five (25) feet to twenty (20) feet, (3) an exception to allow a six (5) foot solid fence/wall in a required front yard in a Nonresidential District, and any other variances from the Homer Glen Zoning Ordinance as may be required, for certain real property located in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District at 15905 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois.
