Building Department
Responsibilities
The Building Department is here to assist residents, business owners and contractors with questions they may have regarding building codes, permits and the process to obtain a permit. Contractors are required to register and will need to provide their documents to the Building Department to complete that registration. All permits require inspections and should be scheduled directly with the Building Department.
Please contact the Building Department at 708-301-1301 or email buildingdepartment@homerglenil.org with questions concerning a project.
