The use of ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, or motorized play vehicles is prohibited on public roadways, trails, and right-of-ways. Riding these vehicles on ComEd properties, through parks, or through other people's property is considered trespassing. Such unlawful actions may be subject to citation, impoundment, and fines up to $1,000.
