The Village has three Facebook pages you can follow to receive important updates and alerts right in your Facebook timeline!

  • Village of Homer Glen Municipal Government (LINK)
    • Main Village page.
    • Board agendas and videos, job postings, press releases, newsletters, RFP / bid notices, Village Hall news.
    • The main page for the Village of Homer Glen will be used to keep residents informed of everything going on at the Village. When board agendas, announcements, and video recordings of board meetings are available, they will be posted here. The main page will also share important info from our other pages, governmental agencies, and partner organizations in Homer Glen.
  • Village of Homer Glen - Public Works (LINK)
    • Public Works information.
    • Public Works updates, paving updates, RFP / bid notices, parkway tree program, roadway project updates, notices.
    • The NEW Public Works Facebook page will be used primarily to post courtesy notices, alerts, and information about projects impacting the roadways, sidewalks, parks, and other property maintained by the Public Works Department. This will be focused on alerts and info, and is a perfect follow for those who want updates and notices about Public Works projects happening in their area.
  • Homer Community Fest (LINK)

YouTube

The Village of Homer Glen uses its YouTube channel primarily as an archive for Village Board meeting videos. Meeting videos are uploaded shortly after each regular and special meetings of the Board of Trustees at the Village of Homer Glen. Sometimes other videos produced by the Village will be hosted on the YouTube channel as well. It's a quick, convenient and free way to share videos important to the residents and businesses of Homer Glen, and these videos are frequently shared on Facebook and linked to from the Village's website Agenda and Meetings Center.
