Illinois American Water will be replacing a hydrant at 16131 S. Bell Rd. The affected area is 16131 S. Bell Rd. Service is expected to be off on 12/22/16 from 10:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. A boil order will be in effect when service is restored.
