One of Homer Glen's most popular restaurants, Blueberry Hill Breakfast Cafe and Pancake House, plans to expand their operation into an adjoining vacant 1,300 sq. ft. space. The proposed expansion and remodel will create a much larger waiting area for restaurant customers. In addition, current plans call for the 1,300 sq. ft. expansion space to house 61 new seats, as well as added bathroom facilities. The expansion will completely fill the north building of this shopping center to capacity as the Village's economic development successes continue to multiply.
