Both the removal and framing of the curbs continue today (Friday).
In an effort to expedite this project, PT Ferro will work on Saturday.
They will begin pouring cement on Saturday. The sooner they pour the curbs, the sooner residents will be allowed back onto their driveways. Residents are asked to refrain from driving over new curbs for seven (7) days. Please use your lawn if access to you driveway/garage is necessary, and conditions allow.
Curb work should be completed by Wednesday. Driveways surfaces effected by curb work will be temporarily filled in with gravel and completed near the end of the project. Curbs needing adjustment that have not been removed and replaced will be addressed after the project is completed. Those driveway/curbs with issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis as there is no single plan that will remedy every condition.
Grinding (asphalt removal) is still scheduled for the end of next week. When the asphalt is removed, temporary gravel ramps will be installed wherever possible to allow access to driveways.
