The City of Lockport announced that Gougar Road will be open from 151st Street to and through 147th Street to Lemont Road. The target date for this opening is Friday, January 8. The City of Lockport predicts that Gougar Road from 147th to 143rd Street will open later this summer. That portion of Gougar Road will open once a new temporary traffic light is installed at the intersection of 143rd Street and Gougar.
