As part of Commonwealth Edison Company project of upgrading facilities, ComEd will be pulling wires on the newly installed transmission structures near the Homer Glen Bike Path. Please be aware of the following times, details and the construction that will take place on the Homer Glen bike path. The following is information regarding the closure:
Path Closure November 10, 2020 to November 18, 2020
Weekdays and weekends – 7am until 4:30pm
(Trail located behind Founder's Crossing, north of 151st Street.)
Path Closed indicated in red.
Accessible Path from Parker to Bell indicated in green dashes.
NO one will be allowed on the path along closed section.
Path is CLOSED to all uses by the public
Do Not access the wooden pads located on the paths for your
safety
