Funding is still available in the Village’s Commercial Building Improvement Grant Program to assist commercial building owners and business tenants with gross annual revenues not exceeding $2 million.
This grant program will reimburse up to 50% of approved costs with a maximum grant award amount of $5,000 for improvements to facades, signs, life-safety features, accessibility, utilities and more.
